味噌をオーダー。表面を覆うラードで最後までスープが熱々！豚骨の旨味に味噌のコク、ニンニクと生姜の風味が合わさりこれぞすみれという美味しさ！冬の北海道で食べるのにこれ以上のラーメンは無いですね。ご馳走様でした！
