2017年10月18日 リニューアルオープン（営業再開） |
GW明けの平日の昼の訪問。雨の中、正午に駐車場は２～３台空き。店外の並びも２~３組ですぐに入店できました。３０年以上前に話には聞いていたけど、行ったことなかったのと、その後の内地での生活でコンビニなどでの監修製品は食べてたので、やっぱり押さえておくしかないと思って行ってみました。旨いです。今のすみれは第何世代のさっぽろみそラーメンになっているのか分からないけど、こういう味が出せるのは、昭和に発祥したさっぽろみそラーメンを良い意味で発展させて来られた方の努力の賜物なんですね。最後まで冷めないラード表面のスープ、炒め野菜、添え物程度のチャーシュー、自家製麺にこだわらない西山製麺製など、さっぽろラーメンの基本を押さえながらこれはいろんなお客さんでにぎわうわ！と思いました。ごちそうさまでした！
