10数年振りに訪店。
注文したのは、サービスセット(日替わり定食+ランチセットメニューから1品)でこの日の日替わりは鶏肉とキノコの豆豉炒め+麻婆豆腐を選択、同伴者はあんかけ焼きそばと半チャーハンセット。
QRコードを読み込んで注文が基本らしいけど、他のお客さん含め店員さんに直接注文していました。
鶏肉とキノコの豆豉炒め
豆豉炒めは食べ慣れていないが美味しかった
鶏肉少なめでしめじがやたら多かったのが少し…
麻婆豆腐
花椒の香りはするけど痺れ無しの唐辛子多め、ランチは辛さを選べないのかな
木綿豆腐がフライパンに入れるタイミングのせいか中まで熱が通ってなかったのが残念
あんかけ焼きそば
麺はしっかり焼かれていて具沢山ではあったけど味はオーソドックスな印象
チャーハン
熱々で今回の中では一番良かったかな
予約しにきたお客さんがオーナーを尋ねると、今日はモユクサッポロ店に行っているとの事。
いつの間にか店舗が増えてたんだと気付くと共に、オーナーの調理じゃないから味に少し違和感を感じたのかもしれないと思いました。
この日の店員さんは接客が素晴らしく1人でまわしていました。
比較的安価ですし、昔好印象であった若鶏唐揚げや餃子等も食べたいのまた伺わせていただきます。
