今日は晩酌のお供に焼き鳥がいただきたいな、とこちらでテイクアウトでお願いしました。

大好きな鶏レバーが今日は入荷していないとの事。
室蘭焼き鳥、砂肝、鶏串などお願いしました。

こちらの焼き鳥焼き加減がとても良く、串からお肉がスーと抜けます。

鶏串は気になる筋、脂等なくふっくら柔らか、塩加減もとてもよく美味しい。

砂肝はこりこり食感がとても好み。

室蘭焼き鳥ですが、こちらは豚肉でタレです。
あまり普段好んで豚肉はいただかないのですが、こちらの室蘭焼き鳥美味しい！
お肉が柔らか、脂は重たくなくタレも辛め。
お肉は角切り、焼き加減ばっちりです。
辛子がついておりましたが、とても良く合う。
