最初に訪問したのは２年前の９月。
いつもは利便性を考えてＪＲのニッコーホテルに泊まるのですが
お食事がちょっと・・・的なので本日は駅からは遠くなりますが
ルネサンスホテルに宿泊。
出張続きでちょっとお疲れモードなので
ホテルの中で済ませてしまおうと安直な発想で訪問。
素敵な店構えでホテルの日本料理店でもオープンスペースもあり
飾ってある大きめの花が名前のように花城を感じさせます。
ファーストインプレッション◎
さて、今宵はどんなお料理に出会えるかな♪と。
わくわくしながらカウンター席へ。
流石～北海道。
なかなか東京でもお目にかかれない食材がオールスターズ宜しく状態で
本日のお勧め料理でお品書きに登場しています。
また価格帯もホテルなのに良心的なお値段。
やばい・・・お疲れモードはどこに行ったよ私。
がっつり行けちゃいますモードへ既にシフトチェンジアップ完了。
好物のぶどう海老をお造り・・・まろやかでコクがあり、堪りません。
塩で食べても美味しいとお勧めいただいたので初めてお塩で食べましたが
甘さがカツーンと脳を刺激されました。
お塩でどうぞというお勧めの仕方も初めてだったので♪
続いてキンキの焼き物、塩加減、焼き加減が良いです。
自家製の塩辛や自家製の～とつくものは殆ど頂きましたが
新鮮でなければ作るのが難しいものが数多く、おー北海道さが出ていて◎
料理長も気さくな方で、お話をしていくうちに色々な食べ方を紹介してくれて
１度で２度美味しいという感じで楽しめました。
それ以来、市内でお食事するのも良いのですが
こちらに訪問して頂くことが楽しみになりました。
今年は北海道代表でＡＮＡの匠味にもなりましたしね☆
色々と市内の名店も良いですが、お勧めしちゃいます♪
