事前に個室を予約してますのでスムーズに案内されます
12時過ぎの訪問でお客さんはほぼいません
奥のテーブル席の個室は窓からの眺めも良く流石ホテルですね
ランチメニューは数種類あり1300〜2500円の定食や3000円以上のコースもあり用途に応じて選択できます
今回は
真狩ハーブポーク 西京焼き定食 1800円 を注文
10分ちょとで 6名全員揃っての提供です
全員バラバラの注文でしたが ありがたいですね
早速頂きます
真狩ハーブポークはしっかりと西京味噌に漬かり肉質も締まり また旨味もぎゅっと詰まった感じです
ボリュームもたっぷりで食べ応えも十分
添えられた煮卵も黄身がトロリで西京焼き同様にビールが欲しい
本鮪山かけは鮪は赤身ですが厚みもあり旨味も濃い
山芋はおろしでなく微塵切りでの提供でサクサクの食感が楽しいですね
茶碗蒸しはちょっと固め、赤出汁はナメコで酸味とのバランスが良く美味い
デザートは牛乳アイスを選択 ミルク感の強いジェラートで餡子との相性はバッチリ
1800円のランチは贅沢ですが美味しく また予約が出来て個室でゆっくりと時間を掛けて頂けるのは良いね
