The first day of my summer solo trip to Hokkaido. The hotel I stayed at this time was Premier Hotel TUBAKI. Tempura I had "Zuwaigani-Ippai Kaiseki" (dinner with a bowl of crab all to myself) I was offered one drink, so I chose [b:◇Shu Chitotsuru (cold sake)]. Zuwai crab boiled with salt, bellows cucumber, wakame seaweed, shiso and Tosa vinegar ◆Nabe - Zuwai crab sukiyaki with miso sauce, various vegetables, seven spices and red pepper ◆Cover - Zuwai crab hiryutou with wasabi and silver bean paste ◆Dining - Zuwai crab soup, flat noodles ◆Sweet - Dairy ice cream] Crab crab crab... more crab, then crab, then crab. I honestly thought at first that a bowl of snow crab must be a lot, but I guess they must have really used a bowl of crab. All the dishes were excellent, and I was very full. Needless to say, I went back to my room crab-walking after eating all the crabs. (The service was superb, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
