ルネッサンスホテルの3階にある、中華料理専門店。
料理はコースと単品での注文が可能ですが、おそらく単品で注文するとかなりコストもかかってしまうのでコース料理がお得です。
コース料理は7000円から1万円くらいまでで、今回はお正月の8000円コースを注文。
前菜はくらげや特性チャーシューなど4品。いずれの料理も非常に味がよく、あっという間に食べてしまいました。
ここはコースの場合はわりとゆっくりのペースのため、時間のないかたや早めに食べたい方は予め少し早めでお願いするほうがいいと思います。
その後は、フカヒレスープ、北京ダック、肉団子の海鮮風鍋、豚肉の黒酢炒め、特製チャーハン、デザートと続きました。
この中でも肉団子の海鮮風鍋は絶品。海老団子は味、食感ともに最高でした。
コース料理すべてが美味しく食べれましたが、この料理だけ食べにまた来たいくらい、自分の中ではヒットでした。
ここのお店は店内も広く、個室もあるため接待や家族のパーティなどでもよさそうです。中国人の方の生演奏もあり、いろいろな場面で使用できるお店です。
また、お財布が許せば是非行きたいと思います。
