【2022年4月初掲載】
12時に予約をして嫁も好きなお店なので2人で訪問。先客が誰も居ませんでしたが、後から続々と入店。
席に案内され椅子を引いて頂きました。ベテランのスタッフさんらしき人が接客して頂いて接客や佇まいが素晴らしく安心出来ます。
五目あんかけつゆそばセットで小籠包か4個付いたセット(3000円)と、あったか『鍋』セットの台湾ラーメンと小籠包1個がセットになったメニュー(3000円)を注文しました。
◆前菜◆
3種類とも中々美味しかったですが、特に印象はありませんが平均点以上のお味でハズレ無し。ランチでお酒を頂かなかった事もありますが。お酒のアテに良さそうです。
ザーサイが山椒ホアジャオ系のの香りがして好みでした。
◆五目あんかけつゆそば◆
まず具材が大きくビジュアルが良い！期待が膨らみますが、餡など標準的なお味。スープの色は濃そうなのですが濃さは普通です。海老やイカなどはとても美味しいですが、豚肉や牛肉はもう少し下味を付けて欲しかった。
麺は硬さも太さも標準的な仕上がり。中国料理の中では美味しい麺だと思います。
◆台湾ラーメン◆
丼が大きく見るからにボリューム満点！見た目が少し辛そうです。スープは一口目のインパクトに欠けるものの、徐々に辛さが回ってきて挽き肉やニラなどスープと絡むと激うまスープになりました。
辛口程度の辛さで激辛では無く超美味いです！
◆小籠包◆
熱々スープかと思いきや、中はぬるめのスープです。
皮はもちもちで美味しいが、やはり熱々で食べたかった。スープのお味は良いです。また黒酢がマイルドで、よくあるような酸っぱい黒酢ではないんです！ハッキリ言って好みの黒酢！
比べる基準が悪いですが、本場台湾の人気有名店の方が少し上だとと思いましたが、札幌では一番ですね。
◆デザート◆
丁寧に作られた素材の甘味だけといった上品なお味。中華料理ではなく中国料理のデザートです。日本人には好きな人が少なそうなお味。
◆ドリンク◆
烏龍茶を頼みましたが、濃くて美味しい。
【総評】
お店の雰囲気やサービスを考えるとお値段は妥当です。辛い系の物はとても美味しい。次は辛いのばかりで攻めたいと思います。台湾ラーメンは名古屋のと違うお味で、本場っぽい味を勝手に想像してしまうほど（笑）絶品！美味しかったです♪
