夏休みの北海道旅行の一日目の夕食に主人と娘と3人で伺いました！
宿泊している【プレミアホテル tsubaki 札幌 】の3階にあり、ミシュランガイド掲載経験のある有名店です。
当日フロントにて19時～予約をお願いして、時間ちょうどに入店。
19時30分からピアノの生演奏があるとのことでしたのでタイミングが良かったです。

コース料理が入る程のお腹が空いておらず、アラカルトでお願いし、皆でシェアしました。
しっとりと柔らかい蒸し鶏は上品な葱塩ソースによく合います。
炒飯は大きな海老が沢山入っていて食べ応え十分。
フカヒレあんかけつゆそばは見た目そのまま濃厚なあんかけスープにフカヒレと麺が絡んで美味しい！

食後に温かい茉莉花茶を持って来て下さいました。
ホテル内の洗練されたレストランだけあって、ホールスタッフの皆さんの動きやサーブはとてもスマート。
優雅な雰囲気の店内で静かに流れるピアノの演奏を聴きながらの時間は連日の猛暑で疲れきった心身を癒してくれたように思います。
次回はしっかりお腹を空かせておいてコース料理を頂いてみたいです。
