札幌市豊平区、菊水エリアの中華食堂です。近くのお店が混んでいたのでふらりと入ってみました。
年配のお父さんが1人で営業。店内はカウンターのみで椅子は一応7脚ありますが、座れるのは4人がいいとこかな。外観も店内も昭和のディープな雰囲気。
注文は中華丼。
オーダー後、冷蔵庫からおもむろに野菜を取り出し下ごしらえ、ニンジンは皮剥きからですね。あまり中華丼は注文されないのかな？
鉄鍋に瓶に入った秘伝のたれらしきもの投入、そのタレ気になるな～。お父さんちゃんと味見してくれてます。
見た目にニンジンのカットが豪快な中華丼。餡が少ないのが残念だけど味はけっこういい感じ。
具材はエビ、豚肉バラ肉が4～5枚、ハム、キクラゲ、ニンジン、ピーマン、ハクサイがたっぷり。全体に火の通り浅めでしゃきしゃき食感。餡が少ないのが残念ポイントだけど、味はけっこういい感じでした。
食べ終わる頃お母さんも登場。ご夫婦でやられてる老舗なんですね。
機会があったら違うメニューも食べてみたいです。
