青葉苑
古い一軒家風の食堂。窓にラーメン500円って手書きの紙がはってある。
がららと戸を開け入ると先客一名。赤い色褪せたカウンター、傾いた茶箪笥、年期の入ったキッチン。綺麗ではないがなんとも心そそられる。オレンジの花柄のグラスでお水が届きさらにほっこり。
ご高齢のオトウサンとオカアサンの二人体制。
ラーメンは500円から。食べログをみると10数年前から値段は同じだ。色々大変な時代にすごいことだね。(10数年前で半世紀を超えた食堂って口コミがあった！あ、1951年創業)
さて中華系の定食やさんだけど

◆しばし待ち「あいっ」と届けられしはカツ丼、スープ、漬け物の三点。
驚きのカツ丼！
ご飯の上には、くつくつと煮込まれた香ばしい玉ねぎ。その上に脂身少なめのカツは揚げたて熱々。
そいつを玉子たっぷしでとじられてて、玉ねぎ！ほうれん草、ニンジンも入っとる。具沢山にびっくり。甘すぎず好みの味ではっきし言って
「う ま い ！」
はふはふ言いながら食べ進む。
スープもたっぷしネギとワカメ。こりゃ醤油ラーメンもうまそうだわ。
厚切りの沢庵もそうだけど満足の内容。口コミみてたら【青葉ラーメン】なる野菜ラーメンや炒麺なんかも気になる。
