札幌市営地下鉄東豊線の月寒中央駅から徒歩数分のところにあります。
格式の高そうな扉を開けてアルコール消毒をした後、空いている席に案内されました。
卓上のメニューをながめました。
ココはお蕎麦屋さんだと思うのですが、ステーキ、天ぷら、うなぎなどさまざまなメニューがあります。
この中から、
『うなぎ小丼と天ぷらせいろ』
を注文しました。
周りを見渡してみました。
四人掛けテーブル席が５〜６つ
窓に向かってたくさん座れるカウンターがあります。
およそ１０分弱で運ばれてきました。
お蕎麦、天ぷら、小うな丼が所狭しとトレーにのって運ばれてきました。
天ぷらは、
エビ
キス
イカ
カボチャ
など６種類ほどあります。
揚げたてのアツアツです。
コロモは、サックサクです。
この中で「イカ」がとんでもなく柔らかくてびっくりしました。
お蕎麦は、そばの風味がよいです。
めんつゆをつけることなくそのままでいただくのが美味しいと思います。
小うな丼は、うなぎの身がふっくらしています。
タレがたっぷりかかっていてうれしいです。
うなぎはほんのり香ばしいです。
『うなぎ小丼天ぷらせいろ』
税込2,580円
蕎麦湯は、白湯のようなカンジでした。
もう少しトロッと感があるとうれしいです。
