近くのスーパーで 買い物ついでに
以前から気になってた
こちらのカフェに寄りました
かなり ご年配の女性に 出迎えられます
窓からの日差しが入る店内には
アルプスの山々の写真が飾られていて
カウンター上には パンが並んでます
平日の14時頃の訪問で 先客 後客なし
メニューのグラタンが気になりますが
お腹いっぱいなので ブレンドコーヒーを
連れは ホットケーキセットをコーヒーで
オーダー受けたのは 先のご年配の女性ですが
奥に 40代位の女性が居て
珈琲淹れたり調理をされてました
コチラのホットケーキは すべて
オーダーが入ってから 手焼きです
「バターホットケーキセット」(880円)
ホットケーキ ふわふわ。
しっとりとした食感で ほんのり甘さがあり
バターの塩味と
メープルシロップの香りと甘味をプラス！
ホットケーキミックス独特の匂いが苦手で
あまり他所では 食べませんが
ココのホットケーキは
きちんと小麦粉から作られているようで
最高に 美味しかった＼(^_^)／
珈琲は バランスの良いブレンド
ちょい薄めですが 軽いのも美味しい！
帰りに カウンター上のパンをひとつ購入！
こし餡と クリームチーズが入ったパンは
バターの香り良く おいしかったです
次回は グラタン食べに行こ～っと！
