古い店内に、七輪の煙はモクモク。
炭火焼肉がメインの店です。
ホルモンや鶏が安いですね。
牛は値段は高めになります。
部位もネック・ホッペ・中落ちといった定番とは違う感じのメニューがあります。
下味が予めついているので、タレつけなくても美味いです。
テーブルにもタレが置いてありますが、少しかけるだけで良いと思います。
前来た時に、やけに他の客が蕎麦を注文するなと思い、今回蕎麦も注文。
コシがあり、歪な感じも手打ち感があって好きな蕎麦です。
お好みでネギ、わさびを入れて食します。
ホッペの美味みが結構なものでした。
肉の美味みがしっかり出てるなと思いました。
モクモクと煙を出しながら食べるのは良いですね。
網に火がついたとき用に氷をもらえますので、ファイヤー起きたら惜しみなく使って消火しましょう。
