Next, each plate was served. The salad sparkled with large avocado and shrimp. A sour dressing. It was delicious, but I wish it had more. I'm sure people have different preferences, so I would like it served separately. Crispy bacon. The fried egg is sunny side up. It also comes with sausage. The British bread is crispy on the outside and chewy inside, which is very delicious. The sight of these lined up looks like a high-class hotel breakfast. Pancakes are hotcakes. I also remember filling my stomach with club sandwiches when I was a little richer. I wonder if the atmosphere of the wallpaper and lighting will remain the same. It is old-fashioned. But on the other hand, it is also beautiful. And here I remember something very painful. Five years have passed since the tragedy that happened at this restaurant. The Sapporo real estate restaurant gas explosion occurred in December 2018. It's amazing. It even has a Wikipedia page. There are no traces of the damage now, but the store has moved and the sign is gone. Before you know it, the incident will fade away. But even now, the fear remains in my mind. Apparently there was an explosion along with a tremor like an earthquake. I know it's not something to dig up, but we can't pretend what happened never happened.
