仕事の帰り道、無性につけ麺が食べたくなり
MEN−EIJIへ。
券売機でつけBUTOを購入し麺の量は
※並 230ｇ 大 300g
つけBUTOの食券を買ってどちらか選べます。
…（大）でオーダーしちゃいました（笑）
カウンター席で待つこと１０分ほどで
お待ちかねのつけBUTOが着丼！
投稿はしていなかったものの、何度も
食べたことのあるこのメニュー。
さっそく一口目を食べて…
ウマー!!
…前より麺が美味しくなった？
何もつけずに麺だけを食べてみると
さらに香りと甘みを感じます。
コシがありながら喉越しのいい麺は
自然とお箸が進んじゃいます～
夢中で食べ進めて麺を完食！
なかなかの満腹ながら、スープ割りも
美味しさに引っ張られしっかり完飲です☆
帰り際にオーナーさんとお話ししましたが
「麺が更に美味しくなったと思いました」
とお伝えすると
「材料自体は変えていないんだけど、
以前よりも手間をかけて丁寧に作っている」
とおっしゃっていました。
さすがです！
