MEN-EIJIに寄ってきた
昼時だったけど 前を通ったら空いてたので♡
魚介豚骨醤油 1,100円
トッピング チャーシュー 5枚 500円
節系の旨味がガツンとくるスープ
柚子入り出汁のジュレ、ゴボウ素揚げ、紫玉ねぎ
中太のパツッとしたストレート麺が美味しい
低温調理の柔らかチャーシューは デフォで2枚入ってるから 合計7枚でボリューミー♡♡
サッと通され すぐ出てくるので あっという間
もう一杯つけ麺食べようかと思ったけど腹も身の内また今度
