金曜日の夜、テイクアウトを買いにお邪魔しました(・∀・` )ﾉ
７月からオープンしたお店ですが、
実はこちらのお店は、昨年２０１１年秋の「オータムフェスタ」で出店していたお店なんです。
昨年当時は、ドイツ料理を出すイベント限定のお店だったのですが、
オータムフェストの際に、こちらの料理をいただいてビックリ(笑)
生まれて初めて食べた
「アイスバイン」なる食べ物が一瞬で好きになってしまった私。
ワインととってもよく合う料理で、
ザワークラウトとジャガイモ、粒マスタードと合わせてさっぱりといただくこの料理は
自分の好みとよくあって、フェスタ期間中、何度か通って食べてしまいました。
アイスバインは豚肉を煮込んだドイツの家庭料理だそうですが、
ネットでレシピを検索すると、ものすごい日数を要する
大変手間のかかるお料理のようで・・・
通うくらいなら自分で作ろうと思ったけど、すぐ断念(-_-)
フェスタ期間中に、あわてて、お店の方に
「この料理はどこで食べられるのか？」と伺ったところ
当時はまだお店を構えてないとの事だったので、
某ＳＮＳの連絡先をお聞きして、店舗が開店したら連絡をいただく予定だったのです( ﾉ∀｀)
そしてついに、２０１２年７月からオープン＼(・∀・)／
お知らせを受けてから、時間がたってしまいましたが
今日やっと行くことができました＼(・∀・)
１年ぶりに食べるアイスバインはやっぱりおいしくて、
テイクアウトができるのも嬉しい（＞▽＜）
おすすめのジャーマンドックも買ったのですが、
かみごたえのあるパンに、薫り高い自家製白ソーセージを挟んだ組み合わせが
ちょうどよくて、少しサイズは小さいですが、十分に満足できるものでした＼(＞∀＜)／
一人分なので、今日はこのくらいしか買えませんでしたが、
本来ならば、熱々をいただきたいところ。
次回は店舗で食べようと、心に誓ったＲです。
