エッセンサッポロさんにお伺いしました。
この辺では珍しいですが、夜遅い時間まで営業しているようです。
ジャンキーなメニューもあれば自家製ソーセージ等もあり、比較的楽しめるお店になっています。
ジャンキーなメニューがあるのでハンバーガー食べちゃいますが、バンズの無いクレイジー肉バーガーなるものがあるじゃないですかｗこれは面白そうと思って食べちゃいますが、焼き立てのパティを持って食べるので手が熱い！( ´艸｀)誰か良い食べ方教えてください（笑）
そして自家製ソーセージは無添加と書いてありました。
手作りのソーセージだけあり、ちょっとぱさぱさ感があって獣感もあるソーセージです。
大きいのでシェアして食べるのがおススメ！
ビーフマウンテンのお肉は少し硬かったけどアメリカンな感じを楽しめました。でもドイツのお店なんですかね？
