北海道札幌市、札幌市営地下鉄南北線/平岸駅徒歩７分位の場所にあるお店。初訪問。
訪問時歩道に圧雪及び氷があったので時間かかりましたが普通であれば五分もあれば着きそうな距離です。入店すると先客一組、待ち無しで着席。

エッセンチーズバーガー
バンズにベーコン、チーズ、パティ、そして野菜のかわりにザワークラウトが入っています。これは「アリ」だと思いました。酸味があるのでバンズとパティ、チーズをまとめる役割をしていました。バンズがちょっと役不足な感じ。トマトレタスでなくザワークラウトは良いです。
レモネードは普通に美味しい。
メニューにアイスバインとか載っていてビールも種類豊富なのでバーガー屋さんとしてだけでなく、飲む場所としても秀逸かもしれません。二～三人でアイスバインで飲んで、〆にバーガーとか。
