札幌出張の際、夕飯で利用しました。
平岸駅から平岸通を南に徒歩5分ほど、環状通との交差点付近のビルの半地下にお店はあります。
お店の裏手に専用駐車場が数台分確保されており、車で行っても問題ありません。
平日夕方18:00過ぎ、待ちなしで入れました。
注文したのは「エッセンチーズバーガー」(580円)と「コーラ」(290円)。
お値段的にはチェーン店とプレミアムバーガー店の間に位置付けられますが、お味の方はプレミアムバーガー寄りといっていいでしょう。
確かにがっつり感はありませんが、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのがわかります。
営業時間がちょいちょい変わるようなので、お店のインスタはこまめにチェックしておいた方が良さそうです。
