とある平日、近くでランチに戴きせっかくなのでとなかなか伺えなかった平岸街道沿いの就労支援施設のシフォンケーキのお店です。
駐車場は無いので頭使います。
店内はちょっとした冷蔵ショーケースに約8種類位のシフォンケーキが展示販売しており、片やイートインも出来るスペースにはカウンター3席と大きめテーブル1卓で構成され熱帯魚に癒やされます。
BGMは遠くに何か聞こえています。
この日メニューより、これと言って執着心はありませんが新発売のいちごと気になったものをドリンクもあったので併せて少々。
“いちご(120円)”
では一口・・・ホウホウ、しっとり感と柔らかさがある生地の甘さは極力控えめなのは好印象で、いちごの風味は思いの外控えめで遠くに存在している感じでした。
“抹茶シフォンケーキ(120円)”は同じく甘さ控えめでいちごと比較すると濃い緑色の見た目通り目をつぶっても抹茶だと分かる程度の抹茶風味が伝わりました。
最後は果汁100%と思われる既製品の“オレンジジュース(100円)”飲み干し終了します。
ふと、駐車場が無いのは残念ですが持ち帰りとしてもお茶しながらおやつとして戴くのも良さげですね。
