持ち帰り餃子専門店 |
いつも何気なく通っているところに、気になるお店がありました。
今年の秋ころから開店しているお店なのです。
山田餃子店
お店の外観が、まず餃子屋？らしくないです。
れもそのはず、ここのお店は餃子のお持ち帰り専門店なのです。
こんなにおしゃれな店内の商品カウンターには、にらやかぼちゃ、にんじん、ほうれんそう、のざわなの「ひとくち餃子」と「山田家のおおきい餃子」の2種類。
初めての利用でしたので、両方楽しめる「おすすめセット」680円を注文しました。
店内は、こんなにおしゃれです。子供連れでもOKですね。
若いご夫婦で経営しているみたいですが、なかなか餃子にはこだわりがあって、焼き方とかもペーパーを使ってレクチャーしていただきました。
早速夕食で食べてみましたよ。「ひとくち餃子」はかぼちゃやほうれんそう、人参など、それぞれの味がちゃんと分かる面白い餃子でした。
「山田家のおおきい餃子」は小龍包のような肉汁がたっぷり入った餃子で、餃子の皮もモチモチでした。
北海道では「みよしの」や「ぎょうざの宝永」などの有名餃子がありますが、ここの餃子もこだわりがあっておすすめですよ。
お土産でもらうと嬉しいかもね。
