さて、何も行事(予定)がない休日、
餃子とビールで一杯やりたい気分でした。
札幌市栄町の「玉林酒家」の餃子も美味しいですが、
運転手は私なので、叶いません。
では家で手作りしましょう！
といっても時間はすでに夕方でした。
そんな時に重宝するのが、山田餃子店です。
今回は、ビールのつまみに、枝豆チーズ、
みんなで食べる用にスタンダートとエビ餃子にします。
しっかり味付けしてあるので、そのまま頂くか
酢とコショーがお勧めらしいです。
私はラー油使いたいですが、我慢して酢とコショー
で、いただきました。
皮からすべて手作りのギョーザは
スタンダードはニラがアクセントで、
エビ餃子はしっかりエビが入っています。
皮は、もちもちですが、そんなに厚くありません。
丁寧に包んであります。
どうしたらこんなに綺麗に包めるのか
習いたいものです。
習っても実行する根性ありませんが・・
具材が、パンパンに入っているわけではないのですが、
とってもジューシーで、大きさも一口で食べるのに
ちょうど良い感じです。
ゆでもやしなんかを中央に盛り付けて浜松餃子風も
良いと思います。
とにかく焼くだけですから、便利ですね！
