環状通より白石中の島通を差点より中の島方面へ600m進んだ
交差点角にあるシエムさんの北側の隣にあります。

2013年9月10日オープン。いわゆる冷凍系の生餃子のテイクアウトの
専門店として営業しているお店です。プレーンからその季節の具材など
色々な種類の餃子を販売している餃子のお店になります。

プレーンタイプの6個入った餃子セットで自分で調理するタイプです。
自分で焼き上げたもので焼き色はほど良い印象で上手く焼けました。
皮はほど良い厚さのもので中のタネは肉と野菜のバランスもほど良く
ジューシーさもあります。ややパンチに欠ける印象を受けましたが
食べやすくシンプルに美味しい餃子で悪くないと思います。

平岸のラルズストアの向かいの並びにひっそりとお店を構えている
冷凍餃子のテイクアウト専門店です。2013年9月にオープンしました。
若いご夫婦で切り盛りされており色々な種類の餃子を販売しています。
以前より気になっていたお店で今回ようやくこちらで餃子を購入です。
プレーンタイプにしましたがシンプルな美味しさのある印象の餃子。
ですが同じ冷凍の宝永さんと比べると味にパンチ、実店舗などでいうと
餃子の花家さんのような皮の厚さなどに比べると印象がやや弱めです。
ガツンとした餃子が好きな男性より女性向きのお店のように感じました。
とはいえ今回はシンプルなプレーンタイプだっただけにまた機会があれば
えび餃子などまた違ったタイプのものを購入して食べてみたいですね。
