環状線に面した味噌ラーメン専門店。
ここの前を何度となく通っているが、今日はタイミングよく寄ることが出来た。
駐車場が広くて使い勝手がいい・・・♬
ラーメンは味噌のみ。
信州味噌、九州麦味噌、北海道味噌と大きくはこの３種類 ￣ｰ￣)ﾆﾔﾘ
さて折角なので北海道以外のものと考え、
▪️信州味噌ラーメン
先ずはスープをひと口。
確かにメニューに書かれている通りやや濃い口と感じる。
しか味噌に円やかさは感じないな(›´A`‹ )
麺は中太でプリッとした食感。
盛り付けの野菜も筍やわらびと普段ラーメンでは目にしない素材だ。
途中テーブルにあるコチジャンと一味をたっぷり入れて味変( ･ὢ･ ) ﾑﾑｯ
それにしてもサイトを見ると2014年オープンとあるが、8年間もの間、店の前を何度も通っているにも関わらず来なかったことになる。
う〜ん、今日味わったので、また8年くらいは来なくてもいいかな( ´ㅈ` )♩︎
