A street-front restaurant just a short walk from Hiragishi Station, this bar-style restaurant with Bistro like atmosphere is called Oden Sakaba, and seems to be part of the "Choi" chain. The restaurant is non-smoking, with a counter as the main seating area, and there are also box seats. The staff are all female. It's not a big restaurant, but they have a good selection of alcohol and food, so I think it's a great place for locals to frequent. The oden is made with a strong dashi stock and is carefully prepared, and it's delicious to be honest♡ The potato salad comes in three different flavors, which is a nice touch, and the base potato salad itself is well made and delicious as is. The rolled egg is made with the dashi stock of the oden and has a great taste, and the roll is well-cooked and delicious♪ The blackboard menu says "roe salad", and it's not too sweet, and it's been a while since I've had it♡ This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious "oden" with a Japanese taste that soothes the hearts of Japanese people, and I'll come back when I'm drinking in Hiragishi♪ Thank you for the meal♪E
