場所ですね、豊平区は西岡４条３丁目で羊ヶ丘通り沿いですが、やはり詳しい場所はいつ
ものように食べログの地図で良〜く確認して下さい。
先月、羊ヶ丘通りを通った時に、以前も焼き肉店だった場所が、また新しい看板が付いて
開店していたので気になってましたが、どうやら夜のみの営業のようで未訪問だったお店
が、羊ヶ丘通りを通ると昼も営業を開始したようなので、今回初めてお店に伺って来まし
た。
店前の駐車場に車を停めてお店に向うと「ローストビーフ丼」の看板が付いています、で
は店内に入り空いているカウンター席に座ってランチメニューを拝見しますが、ランチは
「ローストビーフ丼」と「カルビ丼」のみです。お店では「ローストビーフ丼」を押して
いるようですが、やはり焼き肉店に来たので、今回は「カルビ丼」の並と「味噌汁」を注
文します。なお「カルビ丼」の価格ですが、税別で大盛りが８８０円、並盛り６８０円、
小盛りが５９０円です。
８〜９分で登場します、カルビ丼は予想以上の肉の量ですが、味噌汁はやや少なめです。
先ずは肝心のカルビをいただきます、しっかり脂身も付いていて、肉も柔らかいですが何
故か温いです。次にライスですが２５０ｇ以上は有るボリュームですがこれまた温いです、
おそらく後からかけた冷えたタレやモヤシのナムルの影響と思われます、ゆえにナムルと
キムチは別皿で提供して欲しいです、あと出来ればキムチをもう少し多くして欲しいです、
あとは丼の上には小ネギと白ゴマがかかっています。あと咽を潤すのにいただいた味噌汁
ですが、しっかり出汁が効いていますが、量がやや少ないです。
やはり丼物が温いとチョット残念な気分になってしまうので、いっその事「熱い石鍋」で
提供した方が良いのと、私的には「味噌汁」より「ワカメスープ」の方が好きですね。
