場所ですね、豊平区は月寒東５条１２丁目で東北通り沿いですが、やはり詳しい場所はい
つものように食べログの地図で良〜く確認して下さい。
以前から気にはなっていたお店ですが、好い季節になったので晴れの日を狙ってお店に初
めて伺って来ました。
店前に車を停めて駐車場を確認して、お店の駐車場に向い指定場所に車を停めてお店に歩
いて向いますが３００ｍぐらい歩いてお店に到着して入店します。それではランチメニュ
ーを拝見して今回は「島田屋ジンギスカン」と「しまだや塩ホルモン」のセットで注文し
出待ちをします。
先ずは炭が入った七輪が登場して、さらに２〜３分でナムル、サラダ、キムチ、タレ、ラ
イスが登場します、さらに１〜２分で島田屋ジンギスカンとしまだや塩ホルモンが登場し
ます。それではジンギスカンと塩ホルモンを七輪の網の上に乗せて焼き始めますが今一火
力が弱いです、それでも時間をかければ焼き上がります。ではタレに浸けてオンザライス
でいただきます、ジンギスカンはけっこう柔らかく塩ホルモンは２種類の部位が入ってい
て、タレもけっこうアッサリ味です。あと次の肉が焼ける間にサラダ、ナムル、キムチを
をいただき、２回目の肉が焼けると再びオンザライスでいただいて完食します。
やはり今回いただいて、咽を潤すのに「水」のみなので、出来ることなら「ワカメスープ」
や「味噌汁」欲しかったです。
