焼肉チェーンの味覚園が手掛けるハンバーグの店だ。味覚園は北見の本店を含めて好きながら…
■熟成ハンバーグセット（200g） 1,628円
つなぎや香辛料にあまり頼らず、粗挽きで肉々しいスタイルは私から言わせると「牛つくね」であり、ハンバーグとは言い難い…。プリっと存在感ある歯応えで、肉自体の味わいは熟成も入り美味しいが、肉の旨味を披露したいのであろうこの「肉々バーグ」のカテゴリーで審査しても中途半端。
鉄板熱々グツグツと相殺でデミのコクは抜けるし、きちんと火を通す事に関しては牛肉だとしても挽肉である以上は安全面を含めて賛同出来るが、そうだとしたらもう少しキメ細やかな挽き具合のほうが魅力が活きると思う。
振り振りのサラダもエンタメ性は中途半端で盛り付けが美しくなるとは思えず、何故かサラダと一緒に「熱々なので気を付けて」と提供されるコンソメスープも味こそ悪く無いが、ハンバーグが提供される頃にはすっかり冷めてしまう。
厳しい言い方ですが価格なりの満足は得られず。色々ともう少し勉強しないと飛躍は無いと思えた惜しい店でした。
