同僚との会食で伺いました。意外な場所にあり、メニュー無しにも驚きました。予算をお伝えしお任せするスタイルです。店内は明るくさっぱりとして開放的です。料理を作っている様子も見れるのも楽しいです。お洒落な居酒屋さん的で素晴らしい和食コースを寛いで楽しく頂きました。5,000円のお任せで、先付け、炊き合わせ、焼き物、揚げ物、お椀、ご飯、デザートと7，8品出てきました。
先付けの雲丹のムース、これからの料理への期待に心が躍る一皿。炊き合わせの蛸の桜煮と茄子の煮浸しも最高でした。記憶が薄れていますが、トキシラズやメジカとい珍しい鮭を頂けたと思います。お椀、ご飯も何だか遊び心を感じてすごく美味しかった料理です。鰻も有名と伺ったので、それも楽しみです。曜日限定の朝食も楽しみたいです。
