とある平日、北海道では数的にまたちょっと心配な頃、ランチにてブックマークしてありました36号線沿い豊平区月寒中央にあります焼き肉屋さんランチにお邪魔させて頂きました。
駐車場は確か無かったので近くのコインPに停めてお店向かいます。
店内はさほど広くは無いもテーブルにはイスがたくさんあり、奥にも小上がりスペース確認出来てお客さんの入り毎に指定の座席に案内されます。
BGMはジャズが流れています。
この日メニューより、焼き肉ランチにもソソラレますがお肉焼くのが面倒くさいかしらと“ホルモンスンドゥブチゲランチ(990円税)”を“ご飯大”にてお願いしてみます。あっ、見逃していましたが日替わりランチが500円なのは魅力的ですね～。
先発隊のサラダは大根メインでマヨネーズライクなドレッシングにて、カクテキはピリ辛グッドです。
本体到着、グツグツ定番お鍋にて。
では一口・・・ホウホウ、スープは見た目の赤さ程辛くは無くピリ辛程度でお魚出汁の風味を感じられます。
具材は先ず上の豆腐がデカくてこのデカさがスープの温度を下げて食べ易くなり、他には白菜、ニラ、メインのホルモンはシマチョウも入っている・・・ん？挽き肉みたいな細かいのが底に・・・ん？シマチョウ3個？？を確認出来ました。
ご飯大は助かるサイズで韓国海苔と共に。
ふと、さすが焼き肉屋さんなのでシマチョウ脂たっぷり美味しかったです。故にもう少しあったら嬉しかったなぁ・・・。次回は日替わりかな？。
