席は空いておりすんなり着席できましたが、次第に埋まっていきました。
タイミングによっては待ち時間もあるかも？？
お店にはご主人が1人、奥様もいる時があるようですが、本日は一人で切り盛りされていました。
ヒレカツ定食1,300円、連れはロースカツヒレカツ合盛り定食1,500円を注文を注文。
脂がくどくなく甘味がありさっぱり、衣もサクサクでヒレ肉も程よい火の通し加減。
ご主人おすすめの塩でいただくのが
久々に美味しいカツをいただきました。
付き合わせのおばんざいとお吸い物も優しい味わいで全体的にまとまりのある満足なランチでした♬
