今日は彼女が気になっていたみかみに初訪問。
店内はカウンター席もあるがテーブル席に座る。
注文したのはヒレカツ定食。
10分程で運ばれてくる。
見た目からしてレアな肉が美味しそう！
油は軽く衣も薄くサクッとして揚げ物を食べている気がしない！
ヒレも分厚く１つが大きいが噛み切れるほどに柔らかくレアな感じは最高！
ご飯ととんかつの相性は言うまでもない。
すまし汁も後味複雑な味はとんかつの合間で口直しができて良い。
おばんざいも薄口で出汁を効かし、大根は舌で噛み切れるほどに柔らかく美味しい！
これで1300円はコスパ最強！
次はロースカツを食べてみたいです。
