今年も、 スイーツガーデンサッポロが開催された。
今年のテーマは、「スイーツ」と「お肉」のWテーマである。
昨年は９月開催で、大地震でのブラックアウト後の開催になってしまった。
そのため、多くの店が出店できなくなり寂しい催しに物になった。
今年は１か月早めて、８月に開催をした。
開催期間は、８月２３日から ８月２７日までの５日間である。
開催場所は、北３条広場である。
今年は地震でブラックアウトはなかったが、土砂降りの大雨の中で始まった。(笑)
そのためか来場者はまばらで、今年もかと心配になってしまう。
気になっていた店の１つが、「ザンギ専門店イチ南平岸店」。
２０１９年６月に、ニューオープンをしている。
本店が、市内東区にある店である。
「ザンギ」が、からあげグランプリで連続金賞との事である。
新聞に載っていた、「ハッピーザンギ」を共通のイートインでいただいた。
■ハッピーザンギ
大き目のザンギが３個入り
濃い味の醤油味
３個とも、鶏の部位が異なる。
楽しめるザンギセットである。
価格 ６００円（税込）
「 ハッピーザンギ」は、３つの部位を味わえる。
濃い味なので、おかずやお酒のアテにある。
オープン初日の、札幌の予想最高気温は２２℃。
土砂降りの雨なので、一層肌寒く感じる。
もっとも、２２℃は私には適温だが。（笑）
肌寒い気温なので冷たいビールよりは、
「お酒はぬるめの燗がいい 肴は揚げたてのハッピーザンギがいい」（ｂｙ.八代亜紀・舟歌
次回は、どの「ザンギ」にしょうかな。
