地下鉄「南平岸駅」周辺散策ですが休日の16時過ぎて来ましたので残り時間はわずかです
一軒買い物してから徒歩数分の「ザンギ専門店 Ichi」さんへ入ります
一杯飲もうと入りましたが「テイクアウトでお願いします」と、つい言ってしまいました…他の店で飲む事にします
オーダーは「極みの塩ザンギ(旨塩)@480」
「五分程お待ち下さい」とカウンターへ座り待機
一瞬一杯飲んでしまおうかと思うがガマンします
受け取ったザンギをバックパックに詰めて飲みに行きます
二時間後帰宅してから食べますが…バックパックがザンギ臭っ(>_<)
まだほんのり温かいですがオーブンで少し温めます
柔らかな肉質で程よい塩加減の味付け…BEERのアテやご飯のおかずに最適です
味の種類は「甘辛、塩味、醤油」の三種…これは他のも食べてみたいですね
