場所ですね、豊平区は月寒東３条１６丁目で東北通りと北野通りの間ですが、やはり詳し
い場所はいつものように食べログの地図で良〜く確認して下さい。
以前こちらのお店の１階のアイス店に来た時に、２階に在るこちらのお店が気になってい
たので、今回初めてお店に伺って来ました。
お店に到着して車を店前の駐車場に停めてから、お店に向い２階に上がってお店に入店し
ます。店内はかなり広くてかなりの人数が座れそうです、それではカウンター席に座って
メニューを拝見します、そこにオニイサンが水を持って来て◯印が付いている物は提供が
出来ないと教えていただきます、しかしメニューはかなりの種類が有ります、では今回は
ワンプレートメニューから「ビーフストロガノフ」を注文して出待ちをします。
２〜３分で溶き卵が入った玉子スープが登場しますが、その後６〜７分かかってメインの
「ビーフストロガノフ」のプレートが登場します、プレートの上はかなりボリューミーな
感じです。先ずは「玉子スープ」をいただきます、何となく業務用のコンソメスープに溶
き卵を入れたようなスープで、時間が経っているので温くなっています。次にメインのビ
ーフストロガノフをいただきます、こちらも業務用のルーで作っている感じで、家庭的で
も作れそうな味です。後はプレートの上のパスタもやや乾き気味でパサ付いていて、ポテ
トサラダも今一の出来で刻んだ野菜には少量のマヨネーズしか付いてなく、せめてドレッ
シングが欲しかったです。
今回いただいて、何となくプロが作った料理とは思えず、家庭料理の延長線上の料理にし
か感じられなかったので、もう少しメニューと料理を精査した方が良いと思いました。
