平岸街道沿いナンピラに近い場所にこちらのお店、駐車場は裏に二台置けるそうですがわからなくて近くのコインパを利用です。
白く大きな暖簾をくぐって店内は奥へ奥への造り、手前がボックスで奥がカウンターと対面厨房、その途中にサービスの珈琲コーナーがありますです。
メニューを拝見、北海道食材にこだわりあって種類も豊富、蕎麦も蕎麦前もランチセットも、そしてお酒もあるのが嬉しい取り揃え♪
昼からしかも車なのでお酒は我慢して大人しく蕎麦を注文することにする日曜日の昼下がり、「合いもりせいろ(1,000円・込)」を注文です。
店内は満席、そのあとにもお客さん、人気ありますねーー
て、そこに届く合いもりせいろ、くっきり二色に分かれる蕎麦が印象的、食をそそります♪
ではそのまま、お蕎麦をそれぞれいただきますよーー
しかし私は蕎麦屋には卓上に塩を置いてもらいたいんだよなー、まずは塩で食べたいんだよなー
十割からいただくするするする、しっかりコシと触感つるつる、噛むと蕎麦の香り立つ風味に旨味、噛めば噛むほど溢れる甘味、美味しいお蕎麦です♡
二八の触感はややざらつきあって十割よりやや強いコシ、十割とはまた違う香りとお味が蕎麦好きにはたまらない魅力ですよねー♪
つゆはどちらもチョイ浸けが良いと思われるカエシのお味、出汁とのバランスは好みの分かれるところかな?
とろっとろの蕎麦湯を飲み切って完食、今度は温かいお蕎麦もいただいてみましょーー
