ネパール・ターリーセット（1390円）
Level3 大辛
日曜のやや遅いランチタイムですが、ほぼ満席。
カウンターに案内されます。
ジンギスカンスープカレーに惹かれるも、ネパールカレー屋さんですし、いろいろ試したかったので、セットメニューです。
それにしても、メニューが豊富で目移りしちゃいますね。いただく前からこれは再訪ありです。
ターリーセットは、いろいろなお味の副菜が楽しめます。
チキンカレー、ダルカレーともに粘性はさほど高くなく、他のネパールカレー店より甘みも抑えめかな？
スパイスはしっかり香り、口腔内の直接的な辛さは強くないですが、食べ進めるうちに大辛でも汗がじわっと出てきます。
セットのナンは小さく薄いので、もっちり感が味わえず。生地の味は良かったので、次回はノーマルサイズのナンをいただきましょう。
残念だったのは、ライスが柔らかすぎなこと。
次回はジンギスカンスープカレーにしたいのだけれど、このライスが改善されればいいなぁ。
サグカレーや、マトンマサラ、そしてタバチキンカレーもとっても気になります。
