大谷地からの帰り道
お腹が空いたので なにか食べようと思って
検索したけど たいていのお店は
アイドルタイムで 開いてない( ;´･ω･`)
ココは通し営業だったので 寄ってみました
2008年のオープン時 食べに来て以来だから
15年ぶりの 訪問です
平日の15時頃
先客無し 後客2名 どちらも女性ひとり客
入りやすい？のかな？？
カウンター席に座り オーダーは
トップメニューの 「みそらーめん」(950円)
7分ほどで カウンター越しに渡されます
まずは スープをひとくち！
背脂チャッチャ系ですが
臭みもなく 見た目ほど濃厚でもなく
食べやすくて 美味しいスープ！
麺は 透明がかった 中太の黄色い縮れ麺
固すぎず
柔らか過ぎず
歯ごたえ良く 美味しい！
具材は モヤシ、玉ねぎ、長ねぎ、
メンマ、ワカメ、チャーシュー2枚
スープは残して
ぞぞぞーっと 7分程でご馳走様
よほどのコトがないと
スープ全部は飲めないお年頃
らーめんてつやさんは
ココでしか食べたことがないので
今度は どこか違う支店で
食べてみたいと思います！
