福住駅から車で10分ちょっと
洋食の百名店の
「ポトフ」を訪問。
平日の開店10分前にに到着のところ待ち人無し
ですが、6台の駐車場は満車。
オープンと同時にギリギリ一巡目で入店できました。
平日でも予約がかなり入っているので
予約をお勧めします。
店内にはタカトシを始め北海道出身のサインが
飾られています。
ビーフシチューset 2,160円を注文。
サラダ、ライス（orパン）付きです。
約8時間煮詰めました。程よい酸味とうま味が
凝縮のデミグラスソースとお品書きにあります。
30分くらい掛かって提供されました。
ビーフシチューの具材はブロッコリー、ニンジン、
大根、舞茸に大ぶりの角切りビーフが5,6個。
ビーフは正に歯が要らないくらいにホロホロに
煮込まれていて、旨味たっぷりで美味しいです。
デミグラスソースはコク、旨味、酸味のバランス良く、
野菜もビーフも美味しく頂けます。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
