今日のランチは、ポトフさんでいただきました。
2人なのでアメリケーヌとビーフをそれぞれオーダー。
12時の予約で行きましたが、早い時間は予約が、多くすぐ満席になってました。
注文してから30分ほど掛かります。
アメリケーヌは、濃厚な魚介の風味。
海老やイカ、白身魚ホタテなどに野菜が入ってます。
バゲットもほんのり温かくシチューを付けて食べるとなおおいしい。
