どちらも相盛で
外一はパキっとしてて喉越し良く
甘みと滋味も強い
緑がかった色合いもきれいだ
十割はざらつき少なく
外一が固めだったから少し心配したが
太い割には疲れない
つゆは辛くはないが鰹が濃くて良い
山ワサビ
つけ汁は土鍋でアツアツ、ぬるくなりづらい
