清田区にあるまる貴そば、気になりながらもスルーしていたお店に訪問です。
店内は満席でしたが運良く席が空き、待ち時間なしで席につけました。
太めの蕎麦は、ボソボソ感もなく良くできたお蕎麦です。細目は風味があり、どちらもとても良い！
そしてつけ汁、薄っすらと脂の張った汁は、最後まで熱々、そばの旨味、味にも負けていない。
蕎麦湯もとろみのついた、私が思う美味い蕎麦屋の蕎麦湯でした。
とても気に入りました。また来ます。
