平日(お盆)の14時過ぎに到着。
先客3組、後から3組。
北野通沿いにある。車じゃないと難しい。
母と妹夫婦の車に乗せてもらって墓参りの後、蕎麦屋に行こうとしたら休業や売り切れで3軒に振られ断念…諦めてこちらへ。
箸で食べるパスタの草分け。本店は渋谷、札幌に5店舗。私は今回が初五右衛門。
BGMはジャズ。
ホール係2名、厨房は見えない。
今回は「夏のおすすめ」から唯一の冷たい麺、『豚しゃぶとたっぷり香味野菜の冷製和風おろし』(1280円)を注文。
まずはスープが登場。これは全てのパスタに付く。
15分程で先客分に続いて4名分登場。
よく混ぜて…胡麻ダレのまろやかさに大根おろしと細切りシソのさっぱり感で美味い！
ちょっとピリ辛、食後口の中がピリピリ。
パスタはコシがあっていい感じ。
他に具は豚しゃぶ、ネギ、ミツバ、海苔。
満足の美味さでした。
パスタはあまり食べないので相場が分からないけど、値段はこんなものかな？
