十数年前までは
ずいぶんラーメン食べ歩いてましだが
ここ10年ほどで とーんと
ラーメン食べなくなっちゃった
けど、
清田区の飲食店
ほとんど行き尽くしちゃったので
ボチボチ
ラーメン屋さんでも 訪問しようかな と…
ヤマダ電機で 電池買ったついでに
コチラで お昼食べました
店内には 女性の店員さんが 2名
カウンター内に 男性 1名
オーダーから5分とかからず運ばれます
早っ！！
だるまやさんはDOROラーメンがウリだけど
20年位前に食べた時
あんまり好みではなかった記憶があったので
頼んだものは
「担々麺」(900円)
ほんのり辛めの すり胡麻入り味噌スープに
具材は チンゲン菜と肉味噌と シンプル
黄色い縮れ麺は 固めの茹で加減で好みのタイプ
久し振りにラーメン食べたから
食べ方が下手くそなのね
熱々の麺で 上顎ヤケドしちゃった(;´∀｀)
レンゲでは 掬いきれない挽肉が勿体ない…
次回は 昔風ラーメン食べてみよ～っと！
