主役のさばは身厚でフックラ。国産を使用との事でしたが、一瞬ノルウェーを感じるかも…で脂乗りは中々。塩加減は漬けで優しく、弁当に使用するならば少し弱いのですが、調味料もあり熱々のご飯を食べるならば丁度良い。海苔やひじきもバランス良く…
正直なところすき家にはあまり良いイメージがありませんでしたが、さばは良かった。これなら魚朝食気分なら、贔屓の吉野屋よりも、まさかのすき屋です。
