久々に清田方面で仕事なら、昼メシはココで決まりでしょう。
しかしお店に向かうも緊急事態宣言の為、臨時休業中でした・・・
慌てて清田区のラーメン屋を検索し、【麺屋 ふくじゅ】さんへ初訪問。
予備知識無しだったので、券売機におすすめとあった白醤油（830円)をポチって着席。
サービスライスはお断りして、待つ事9分弱で出来上がり。
先ずはスープを啜ります・・・鶏白湯ベースですな。苦手な鶏臭皆無で旨いです。
麺は中細縮れ、やや低加水気味のパッツン食感は好みの麺。
具材は低温調理のロース肉、太めのメンマ、小ネギ、ダイコン。
態々ロース肉と書いたけど決してチャーシューではない。味は全くのプレーン。
またダイコンは正直勘弁して欲しい。ラーメンに入れて欲しくない具材の一つ。
「こだわり」によれば無化調らしいが、しっかりとした味わいはある。
塩みたいな白醤油のタレは、後半塩分キツかったが。
おすすめじゃなく、魚系にすればまた印象違ったと思われ。
再訪なれば、煮干しかサバにしてみよう。ごちそうさまでした。
