休日に当別町へ行った後に札幌に戻る途中､コチラを思い出し寄ってみる事に
駐車場はほぼ満車､店内も席は殆ど埋まっていて人気の程が伺えます

前々から気になっていたフレンチトーストに決定
キャラメルナッツにしてパンを食パンとフランスパンから選べフランスパンでお願い
キャラメルナッツ
フレンチトーストに使われているフランスパンは自家製パンで､フランスパンだけどソフトタイプでモチモチとした食感
小麦の風味もあって耳も柔らかく､これ単品でフランスパンだけでも美味しいんじゃないかな
このフランスパンを使ったフレンチトーストは卵液が確りと染みていて旨い
そこに甘さの中にほろ苦さのあるキャラメルがフレンチトーストと良く合います
付いてくる生クリームとバニラアイスと一緒に食べれば､また違った美味しさを味わえます
またナッツの食感や香ばしさも良いアクセントになってます
自家製パンで美味しいフレンチトーストでしたし､また機会あれば利用したいですね
